HIGHLIGHTS

ABOUT THE CLUB

FPCA Football Club is a grassroots football club with a difference. Based in South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, we’re proud to offer football for children aged 7 and upwards — welcoming players of all abilities into a supportive, inclusive environment built on development, not profit.
Our teams currently compete in:
-
Under 11s — Doncaster League
-
Under 12s — Jack Kalson League (Scunthorpe area)
-
Under 14s — Doncaster League
Our Mission
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to play, learn, and love the game — without financial barriers. Our mission is simple: create a football community where development comes first, and every player feels valued.
What Makes Us Different
Unlike many clubs, FPCA Football Club operates with no signing-on fees and no hidden player subsidies. We’re funded through sponsorships and community fundraising — not through the pockets of parents. This ensures every child has equal access to play, regardless of background or ability.
We offer:
-
A “football for all” philosophy — a player is a player, no matter their ability
-
A family-friendly environment where parents are actively involved and supported
-
A focus on player development both on and off the pitch
-
Professional coaching methods rooted in modern learning
Who Supports Us
FPCA Football Club is proudly supported by Football Prodigy Coaching Academy (FPCA) — our trusted coaching partner delivering expert player development — alongside The Coaching Manual, providing structured, world-class coaching resources for our teams.
Together, these partnerships ensure every player, coach, and parent has access to the best tools for learning, growth, and enjoyment.
Our Ethos
-
Football is for everyone — inclusivity is non-negotiable
-
Development over results — long-term growth for players and coaches
-
Family first — creating a positive environment for players and parents
-
Community-powered — driven by local sponsorships and fundraising
FOOTBALL FOR ALL. FOOTBALL FOR LIFE.

Graham Pelling
Head Coach

Kurt Walsh
Assistant Coach

Coach Graham is the heart behind FPCA Football Club and Football Prodigy Coaching Academy. With over 15 years of experience in youth football, his passion for the game is rooted in something deeper than trophies and wins—it’s about development, opportunity, and building confidence in young players of all abilities.
Graham believes football should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability, and that’s why he’s committed to running a free-to-play grassroots club. His approach to coaching goes beyond the pitch, focusing on life skills, teamwork, and personal growth. Every training session is a chance to inspire, guide, and shape young minds both as players and as people.
Driven by the belief that football can be a positive force in communities, Coach Graham dedicates his time to creating safe, supportive environments where kids can thrive—where effort is valued, mistakes are part of learning, and every player has the chance to shine.
Hi, I'm Coach Kurt. I'm 31 and have been playing and following football since the day I could walk!
I started out as a defender, but soon changed to my favourite position: goalkeeper. I have played as a goalkeeper ever since.
I love to coach football to relive all those memories, this time as a coach. I also like to coach my son and daughter, who both play football.
I support the mighty Leeds United!
My fact: No English manager has lifted the Premier League trophy.

No trials. No pressure. Just opportunity.

Mixed ability training promotes teamwork, empathy, and lifelong friendships
-
Progress is measured by confidence, effort, and learning — not just scorelines
